To strengthen our SAP ERP Practice, we’re looking for someone to take over a key, strategic position: SAP Practice Lead - ERP.
The ERP Practice Lead plays a key role in further strengthening our ERP Practice and helping us become even more successful in delivering to existing and new customers.

Position Name: SAP Practice Lead - ERP
Location: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor emerging industry standards to determine impact on ERP Practice.
  • Support the PMO and delivery functions with functional expertise. 
  • Provide a full advisory and share the best practices with the team.
  • Interface with the business community and provide ongoing status reports.
  • Work closely with other key global stakeholders and participate in different initiatives and projects.
  • Participate in ERP pre-sales activities when necessary.
  • Support new talent selections and onboarding.
  • Oversee and guide Innovation and R&D in the ERP area.
  • Lead, develop, and grow the Westernacher India ERP team.
  • Work closely with the team on targets, career growth plans etc.
  • Collaboration with other Practice leaders (local and global) for effective team utilization and innovation topics.
  • Support talent selection, recruitment, and onboarding. 
What we are looking for
  • Around 15 years of total work experience, which includes minimum 10-12 years of industry/consulting experience in implementing SAP solutions on ERP track.
  • Team leadership expertise in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Effective people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Reputation as a reliable business process and subject matter expert.
  • Good overview and strong hands-on skills with a broad SAP ERP knowledge.
  • Very good communication, presentation and ideally pre-sales skills.
  • Results and execution-focused, with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Experience in developing and managing opportunities and leads.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity, and excellent business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English (other languages are an advantage).
  • Good team player with very good logical and reasoning skills, who enjoys working in a global environment and is committed to high-quality project delivery.
  • Willingness to travel as and when needed.
